Refund policy

All refunds will be issued through the payment method used on order. www.ustepper.com/shop does not cover fees (if any) charged by PayPal or other payment solutions when issuing a refund, and fees are therefore deducted from the refund. For return policy, see “shipping and returns”.

Shipping & Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostNord or GLS with tracking.

Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Return of goods can be done 14 days after purchase according to Danish law. Returns are done at the cost of the customer (shipping). Goods that are returned must be in non-used condition. The goods will be subject to inspection upon retrieval and deduction in refund is done according to the condition of the goods. Return of goods that are claimed defective by the customer will be subject to a fee of €20 in addition to the cost of shipping if found to be non defective or if the defect is caused by unintended use.
